Good way of speaking, good attitude with good patience trained me for 5 days.

The course was very good and informative.

I learnt a lot from this session and i feel more equipped to be able to attempt to approach someone who might be about to put them selves at risk or hold a discussion with someone who is having suicidal thoughts.

I think this will give people , especially those who work on the river, the knowledge to be more aware of suicidal behaviours in people and the confidence to understand how best to approach and help them.

It was well done, professional, relaxed and self care was encouraged throughout
