I feel this training should be available to all members of society, all emergency services as standard and should be as common place as normal first aid training.

Although a difficult subject, this learning was enjoyable and informative, with new and helpful information to inform my personal knowledge as well as my work skills. There were several reminders for self care and there was no pressure to speak out if you didn't feel comfortable in doing so.
