This was a very useful course, it is easy to forget some of the simple things you can do to improve your own mental health and well-being so this was a great reminder

Sarahs voice was very soothing, both were very knowledgeable and very skilled. Maybe prompt people more to get engaged if they don't type something.

Very useful course and delivered very well. Particularly useful with the current situation of working from home and COVID. Some excellent tips given that i will be able to use to support my team with their own mental health & wellbeing as well as my own.
