The course was extremely beneficial and executed perfectly. The facilitators delivered the content clearly and were very engaging. I will definitely be attending the full 4 hour course when we can eventually resume face to face training.

Really surprised that I learnt something new, I thought I had read lots about mental health but learning about the hormones released, and how to aid them really helped. A really informative course and well delivered.

Interesting. Learnt how the brain works and the different hormones? what makes us happy etc.

This would have been so much better face to face to share experiences and to be able to question as the course went on. Perhaps more time spent on work place and action planning at the end would have been good so that could reflect when learning was fresh.Response : Thank you for your feedback Polly. As we explained at the start of the workshop, this online course is a condensed version of the full half day face-to-face course and so naturally, that means that we were restricted on time. The good news is that the full half day course will be available to you once we are able to meet face to face again and this will allow for much more open dialogue and time for reflection and planning. I hope you'll manage to book onto one of those once they are available, :)

Really enjoyed this course, really made me think about things. I related to a lot of this and have a tendency to overthink things. If we had been meeting in a meeting room setting I would have felt really anxious but this style I felt so comfortable.
