The Zoom session worked well, the tec was on our side today! I had a number of light bulb moments, it was very helpful in understanding some of my stress responses. I will be encouraging my team to join in this training.

The course has been really helpful and informative and it made me understand myself better and recognise the signs when I am feeling stressed. I know have the tools to know how to cope with thing much better

Very knowledgeable and helpful training course. I learnt so much, especially about the behaviours of mental ill-health. It really helped me to identify my own behaviours and how to help my emotional well being.

Really good course and would highly recommend to any of my colleagues. Felt the content was of a level that relates to all of us both before covid and presently. Thought the changing of presenters was good. Look forward to being offered to attend the more interactive course if lockdown ever finishes properly. Thanks again.
