Very useful course and delivered very well. Particularly useful with the current situation of working from home and COVID. Some excellent tips given that i will be able to use to support my team with their own mental health & wellbeing as well as my own.

WOW amazing knowledge. Should of gone on the course years ago. I really enjoyed that and learnt so much and will put my new knowledge into good use! Going to recommend this too my colleagues. Cant wait to go on the full course another time. Thank you

Slow start but once we got into it I found this really interesting. Strong scientific and theoretical basis providing reasons to take responsibility for our own mental health, and positive and specific actions that we can take day to day to look after our own MH, at home and at work. Taken away some of the mystery that can cause inaction. Thank you very much Gary and Sarah.
