Personally I have experienced a lot of stress related issues recently regarding my dad and his care both physically and mentally. This has helped me and I will take into consideration a lot of what we have covered today. Thankyou for a fab course

the course was very interesting, with a lot of useful ideas to reduce stress levels in the work place. The knowledge on how to regulate sleep patterns was helpful to me

really informative course, Emma was very knowledgeable and I have picked up some really useful hints and tips. I will definitely be downloading the link tonight when I go to sleep to try and get a better quality of sleep.

I found it very useful to stop and think about the issues that impact on my own mental health and I hope to implement some of the suggestions. It's very helpful in these challenging times. I thought Emma was a very good presenter with a friendly delivery style, Thank you.

Very informative and feel I have benefited from this both with my personal and word stresses. The content was condensed 2 hour session with lots covered. I think I will when possible book or the half day session. Thank you

Thought provoking...i wont see mental health issues in such a negative light ! I have another excuse to eat chocolate .
