Emma was really engaging and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a very informative session and Emma did really well given that our learning was remote.

Such a useful session with some very relevant information. Excellent resources provided too. I'd recommend it to all colleagues.

I found the course really useful. I will definitely use the tips. It reminded me that I am already doing some of these things unconsciously so great to know that it's useful. I think Emma is an excellent facilitator, particularly as it is more difficult to deliver training virtually. I look forward to doing the course face to face when the situation improves.

Very interesting and informative with good examples on how to deal with stress and awareness of one's mental health.

It was pitched just right, not too simplistic but not too highly theoretical. It was clearly explained and went at a good pace. I was already aware of a lot of the concepts but found it a valuable reminder/refresher and will definitely be more aware of my stress bucket and how to empty it. I wasn’t so aware of the importance of REM sleep in processing and emptying our stress bucket and will find out more about this from the website. I hope to also be able to explain and use the ideas from this in relationships at home and at work. Thank you

Sad to see many people continuing chat threads that were 'social' rather than related to course content. It disturbed my concentration as I felt I needed to check in on what was going on. Thanks for your understanding of me needing to leave temporarily

It could help future courses if there were opportunities for colleagues to discuss in breakout rooms to reinforce learning points rather than rely purely on reading chat comments.
