Emma Treby was very engaging and patient! I really enjoyed this session, found that I kept my focus throughout, unlike some other sessions I've attended. She also spoke about some really useful tools and methods that I'll certainly be trying - in particular the hypnotic music and gratitude journal. Thank you Emma.

Really interesting to get the brain function and the and the "chemicals" - made so much more sense about how we act how we do and what we can do to make a positive change. Excellent course

Very useful course and whilst a 'refresher' from other courses attended. It's also good to reflect on how can support self and others particularly during these uncertain times.
