Sarahs voice was very soothing, both were very knowledgeable and very skilled. Maybe prompt people more to get engaged if they don't type something.

I liked that we not only got the theory but also some practical tips. The bit about the primitive and intellectual brain was the most helpful to me.

I enjoyed it. Think it was good to have 2 facilitators as good contrast. I liked the science and I think a little more about facts and figures re mental health and also reference to further guidance maybe. Overall, a good introduction.
