Enjoyable course, nicely pace. The only thing is in teh last exercise it would be good to have the presentation so I can see what types of models / theory I could use.

Small group format with break out rooms worked very well Good length. Breaks welcome and made the whole day online manageable Very personable and knowledgeable trainer really interesting and I am keen to do some of the further reading - but like always it is in the actions one needs to take after this type of training - to think and reflect and PRACTICE the skills where the value really lies. So making time for this is vital

Consider allowing more space/time for discussing questions and observations etc from delegates
