It was a good experience interacting with people from different teams and listening to how they deal woth different scenarios.

Very helpful advice but session felt too long (only one 10-minute break), and scenarios are hard to act out since we have limited visibility to other departments or protocols.
Great follow up training session, helped with further understanding the tools used to be a good facilitator
Much more confident about exactly how to put some of those facilitation models into practice. Trainer adapted very well to our wishes for the meeting.
