Really interesting course and really engaging. Nicely spaced into 3, 90 min sessions to stop death by powerpoint. Worked really well for a virtual training course. Instructor handled tech issues really well, so it didn't feel like we missed out on anything.

I thought the training was very insightful. I was very impressed with our trainer. He was very knowledgeable and very engaging, which I think is impressive given the online nature of the course.

Break out sessions had some good discussion. Felt involved despite being on MS Teams.

I liked the interactive nature of the day and the fact that active discussion was encouraged - thought the break out rooms were excellent idea. The trainer was very encouraging and engaged with us throughout and it felt like a very safe environment.
