It was a well structured day, with the right balance of input, breakout sessions and breaks. There was sufficient time for questions and answers and Rich was very knowledgeable and engaging.
Really useful & one of the more engaging online courses I've done - I much prefer face to face normally
Thank you for not picking on people - as an introvert I like to listen and contribute when I’m comfortable in breakout rooms!

Rich was great trainer, very knowledgeable and used several teaching techniques to break up the learning. The training was interactive despite being on Teams and the breaks were well spaced.
