Really enjoyed the course- great tools and tips. Found it helpful to have breakout room chats - I am a reflector so would appreciate some materials to look through before the course perhaps? A balance though as i understand to put context around. Very helpful - now all I need to do it put it to work! Many thanks.

I had a lovely day, Rich made everyone feel at ease and able to share their opinions and views. great group and good variation of listening and doing. I feel more confident coming out of this session with how I need to approach things going forward.

Very useful. Practical. Very easy to listen and absorb. Feel now like I'm on the right track but able to put theory behind my approach and take more practical steps. Perfect timing and sapcing of sessions.
