I really enjoyed today and learnt a lot from Rich who had a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the subject.

It was great. I was not expecting so much depth and Rich was truly fantastic in bringing the messages across in the right way.

Really enjoyed the course- great tools and tips. Found it helpful to have breakout room chats - I am a reflector so would appreciate some materials to look through before the course perhaps? A balance though as i understand to put context around. Very helpful - now all I need to do it put it to work! Many thanks.
