Really good course and gave thorough and broad understanding of subject matter. Lots of useful models to refer back to in future, both in work and personal life. Rich is a great trainer and really knowledgeable/experienced. Only to flag that I am a relatively new starter and without knowing my role too well yet some thing seemed less relevant for me at the moment,. but good to have trained in it anyway as will be useful in future. Thanks very much :)
