I really enjoyed this training, it was exactly what I needed and will continue to develop my influencing skills. The course is something I would definitely recommend to fellow project managers (and pretty much all my colleagues!) as I feel it builds knowledge and skills to better engage with stakeholders, be that internal or external. Class size was perfect - nice small breakout rooms but also not too many people in the main room to be able to speak out.
