Course was engaging and well presented.

I realise that Covid prevents face to face delivery at the moment, but teams delivery is not as good as I couldnt always hear clearly what the trainer was saying

I liked how there was a smaller group so that everyone had chance to have a say. The hand raised system worked brilliantly as well as the smaller groups. Technology won today!
