Highlighted my own approach to memory and retrieval may not be as effective as it could be, I highlight and re-read a-lot and this has given me further ideas. Session was really great that we could have activities whilst doing the webinar as it was much more engaging and found that I was able to recall more information at the end, whist being able to acknowledge there were still gaps in my knowledge.
It was very interactive and there were lots of good strategies given, with studies to back up his explanations. Lots of information in a very easy-to-digest format!
