Very interactive session putting into simple terms different techniques. Easy to understand. Really good simple slides with detailed discussions.

Brad's style made it easy to listen, learn and ask questions. The handouts were of a high quality. There are lots I can take from it and will look at the other resources online.
Coach sometimes spoke a little too quick but overall really enjoyed it.
