Catherine is a compassionate and caring teacher. She delivered the course extremely well through the online sessions and printed workbook. It was a supportive non-judgemental space to learn, share and practice mindfulness including the guided meditations. It has given me the tools to bring more kindness and gratitude into my life and to notice when I am being judgemental. I would highly recommend this mindfulness course and Catherine.

Dorking

Fabulous Course; Fabulous Tutor. Catherine goes above and beyond to enforce her course so that the pupil can adopt it into a way of life and move forward. The course itself delves into places you don't necessarily want to acknowledge but need to, in order to self heal. The highlight of the course was the retreat. Definitely a course that is beneficial to those suffering: stress and anxiety; PTSD; Chronic Pain or just struggling with coping in life. It will be something I will carry on with in my every day life.

Catherine is a wonderful mindfulness teacher, she has a calming voice, extremely knowledgeable in this subject, empathetic to your individual needs and a very nice person I really enjoyed and benefitted from doing the course Thank You 🙏

The course was confidently and competently delivered. Great materials providing enough detail to understand the principles being explored and applied. The guided meditations have enabled me to start the process of developing a gentle and kind inner voice - a helpful tonic to the harsh critic I struggle with.

A well put together course which I've already seen positive benefits from, it's a great way to start your mindfulness journey giving a solid grounding in the practice. I would have preferred an in person course rather than zoom though.

Dorking

It was a lovely space and time to fully explore mindfulness and how to meditate in an accessible, gentle way. I feel enriched and enabled to take it into my daily life, to practise meditations and be more aware during the day. It has given me tools and understanding to use and and come back to with the excellent course handbook. Thoroughly recommended, course and teacher.
