It was really helpful as i've never had the interview tips on diversity, so will definitely be able to apply this when i'm next interviewing.
Claire is a great trainer. I enjoy the way she runs her sessions. She gets everyone involved and opens up lots of discussions! She also mixes up groups for different activities which is great to get to know colleagues I may not have crossed paths with before, and also to get a great range of knowledge and opinions.
Great session, Claire delivered everything in a way that was very easy to understand, the information is very relevant & gives you confidence not just in the workplace but outside of work on how to treat & understand people.
The training was really useful to reminder us of how to deal with judgments and enhancement diversity, neurodiversity in our work place and life. Good discussions to makes us think about this topic that is so important for inclusion.
Good to have an annual refresher. Not good to make assumptions or to stereotypes anyone. Plenty to digest on this course. Common sense and respect every one and their differences is good. Really liked the discussion around intent versus impact Thank you !
