Attendees particularly value Claire’s thoughtful, non-judgemental approach, which makes difficult inclusion topics feel accessible and creates a safe space for discussion. They describe the sessions as interactive, well structured and clearly delivered, with realistic scenarios, videos, group activities and useful conversations about intent, impact, assumptions and cultural differences. The concise content and well-judged pace sustain attention, while the learning helps people respond more respectfully and confidently at work and in everyday situations.

It was good to think about techniques used. It was interesting how much the session highlighted cultural and personal differences.
The course is well planned and well structured. The content is good and leaves space for discussion (which would be good to have more time for in the session). I think it would also be good to check in and provide a space to feel safer before jumping straight in to the first task which was essentially telling the person some bad things that have happened to you.
Very practical and collaborative
