I thought the course was well delivered and content was interesting
Claire kept the course interactive and light besides the heavy issues tackled.
One of the most interesting training ever I participated. It lasted 2 hours and there was not even one moment that I wanted to leave the screen. It’s a helpful training how to seek respect for ourselves and how to respect our colleagues

Very good - should be a part of induction training ?
Initially I was unsure about a long 3 1/2 hour session but it actually worked well. You could potentially split it into two 1 hour 45 minute sessions to give you some time to process the info after the first course and come back with any questions.
Interesting and engaging course which also provided good interaction with other participants...something often lacking in this age of Zoom meetings!
