It was a great training and I really enjoyed it. Very organised, clear division of sessions and different methods were used so it was more entertaining. Good to share opinions and ideas with different people in Richemont group as well. Also trainer was very clear on getting messages through and taught a lot of new things.

Fantastic training useful and applicable to your daily working environment especially when dealing and trying to understand your colleague to be able to built an united inclusive team. Surely I would like do it again, perhaps in some time, to clarify the ideas about diversity and inclusion.
