As a gay man, I have been aware of diversity, inclusion and discrimination my whole life. I went into this thinking what could I learn more, but it was very nuanced and quite moving. I thank you for the opportunity to be a part of it.

I’ve been on a few training calls conducted by Claire and I always find her approach non judgmental and she creates a safe environment to discuss sometimes difficult convocations or situations to help steer everyone to the best way of working.
