Well what do I say.It was another great refresher course. Kirsty was brilliant and also the other trainers.I picked up some great new information which is going to be implemented when I do my training.with a break away skill. so thankyou to you and it was great seeing Andy. A great associate trainer course. Kirstie was very knowledgable and helpful on strategies to improve my future training. Kirstie gave some great examples on updates on physical skills. Rachael , it's incredible trainer with lots of knowledge . She's always very supportive and helpful with any questions or new information's . She made the session very interesting and taught us some new skills which may be useful for us in future.

This was another great refresher course, it touched up on moves already known and I got lots of feedback on how over time the small details of moves had been lost in my practice. Thankyou!
