A really enjoyable and informative course. It’s always great to recap on ideas for course delivery. Kirsty was great and I left with some really good ideas to aid the understanding of my learners in future

Good refresher learnt a few new points to add in the theory and was good to refresh the Restrictive holds and breakaways and using the least restrictive options first
