Was really brilliant .. Rachel was amazing .. really enjoyed today's refresher course .. Rachel really knows her stuff .. would recommend definitely fave us alot to think about thankyou

Thoroughly enjoyed the course Rachael was amazing and Engaging felt that I learnt a lot of the restraint training and loved how she trained our team 😊

Really enjoyed the course and really went into detail about the arousal model. Good to refresh my knowledge on PBS.

Great delivery, really engaging with the group and used lots of real life examples and drew on his experience to make the subject understandable and memorable
