The trainer was engaging, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for participation and discussion. I feel more confident in applying these strategies in real-life scenarios. She reopened the streams with solid information and slight upgrades of jargon. Pleasant and organic energy quite enjoyable.

Scott was great at instructing the lesson today, giving clear instructions and examples throughout the day, was great to have a refresher especially as in the home I work, Physical intervention is not a common occurrence, thankyou Scott.
