Training was above adequate but he did call the women darling and a little patronising

Very engaging Trainer. Loved her teaching style
Really good refresher reminded me of certain moves I wasn’t 100% sure on reassured me I was using Sherwood in the correct way.
Very descriptive and ensured things made sense however could have made it more interactive
Lee was very informative and helpful getting the techniques right.
