Liam was super engaging and made it a walk in the park. The training integrated our daily working experiences and made it easier to navigate challenging experiences moving forward.

Very engaging and good range of information from the instructor.
Excellent refresher course. Great delivery and knowledgeable about what she was teaching. Professional and gave each individual extra informarion around specific setting if required. Nothing to much trouble. Left feeling confident. Thank you

Great refresher course. Ben interacted and had everyone involved and his knowledge was great. I have learnt some new techniques and strategies
Normally I find refresher courses a chore, but the delivery of this one was much different. Rather than the standard death by PowerPoint, it was interactive, real and full of humour. I hope that Ben is my trainer on the next refresher!!!
Ben was such a genuine guy, his emotional intelligence was off the chart! Hopefully I’ll have him in future refreshers!
