Great refresher, well articulated, informative and also interactive session.
Liam was interactive, gave practical examples. Reminded us that restraint is the last resort and that there so many stages in the arousal model were we can de escalate and take the young person back to baseline

This was really useful and it was good to go over the moves and ask questions about situations we have encountered over the last 10 months. Remind staff to read their booklets before the course to refresh their memory.
