I thought Tony and roger delivered the course brilliantly. The deescalation skills have really helped change how I approach aggressive situations . The last four restraints, I have used I find really helpful. There are some I wouldn’t feel confident with. I think we should have much more training and scenarios on a regular basis. Thanks again to roger and Tony
