RRN Level 3 (R) - Positive Behaviour Support & Physical Interventions - Refresher Reviews

I left the course today feeling more confident on the physical interventions and pleased with overall with the training ,it was well presented and clear instructions to follow.

It was a brilliant training to refresh my knowledge and remind me if some techniques l haven't been able to use since last training. The trainer was brilliant in his capacity of teaching and also his sense of humour.

I found this course better than my 3 day course, Ben made the session enjoyable and made sure that we knew what we were doing, he helped when we struggled and spent time answering our questions and supporting us when needed.
