Fantastic course, recharged my memory on all techniques to best support the pupils at the school.

Brilliant course content, Kirstie was fantastic with the demonstrations of the techniques and the descriptions behind each one, I feel 100% more confident using these to keep our students safe and happy.

The trainer Kirstie was great got everyone involved in the course . Explained everything really well without having to keep reading things of the board was actitives was good for the team as well taken in a lot of knowledge and understanding

As always the course was relevant to my setting, interesting and delivered by those who know the context of where I work. By far my favourite training of the school year.

The training was interactive. It highlighted the importance of approaching challenging situations with patience and a proactive mindset while maintaining and prioritising an individual's needs.
