Kirstie was fab, really acknowledged that we were a refresher group and focused on the bits we need. Kirstie taught me alternative way to enter the guard and gently guiding in to holds correctly. Great energy and kept the group going

I really enjoyed the PBS refresher. It was relaxed, easy to follow and really helped bring the key ideas back to my mind. Mellissa did a great job of making it relatable and gave practical examples that made it feel relevant to our role as support workers. Thanks Lissa.
