It was a good course i learned alot of new information which will help me within my work

Today I have refreshed my skills and has reminded me of the skills to use how to use them, the trainer team has been very supportive and this has been an enjoyable day

It was really great to go over the techniques again which I will be using going forward. Ben and Roger are ace at the way they deliver the info

Very polite and helpful good communication skills and knowledge of the industry and training methods. Both Ben & Roger excellent trainers. Enjoyed my time and looking forward to more training in the future.

It was very good to refresh the memory and remember all the necessary details we learned from a year ago. Something we can put into practice daily at work place and increase verbal de-escalation techniques. Trainers also very welcoming and supportive.

An amazing course refreshment as usual. The trainers are very skilled people an d have given us a beneficial day refreshment. I would recommend it to all the SIA SECURITY in the MRI as the restrictions for the patients are absolutely effective especially in the hard times at work.
