Nice that trainer has an experience working as a support worker himself.
He is simply amazing. Ver eloquent, Reflective and good memory skills. ( Taught us easy method to remember)
I enjoyed the course overall, though I would like a bit more information about the process of identifying triggers/environmental factors, as I sometimes find it difficult understanding reasons behind clients' actions.
