Really good to refresh my knowledge about the holds and good to have a understanding about the secondary holds also.
It was really good, nice to touch on more secondary based things! Felt confident to ask questions if I didn’t understand something fully. Was a lovely training session, the day went quickly because it was enjoyable in the teaching from instructors.
