Friendly and open trainer, spoke to me privately regarding my back pain and made sure I was confident to do the course physically, explained things well and tailored the course to put services users needs

It was a little difficult to practice seated holds as all the chairs in the room had arms on. I appreciate this is not the fault of the trainer or Sherwood as they do not have control over this. However, this is something that would make it easier if it was available. The second issue is the place that the training was in. The Globe Centre has good facilities but it is quite difficult to get to and causes problems in traffic that didn't arise when travelling to Heywood. However, the trainer, Amy, was brilliant! The way it was delivered was fantastic and we couldn't fault her training.

The trainer was very good very informative and extremely helpful. The venue although was quite good was a little difficult to navigate due to the amount of traffic on the road at that time in a morning meaning i was 1 0 minutes late despite setting off an hour and a half before.

Kelly was not present just Amy and she was brilliant, so down to earth and friendly which made for a warm and inviting environment. Her knowledge was excellent considering she has not been in the position long.

Very useful course, delivered well at just the right pace.

Really enjoyed the Level 3 refresher course. The trainer was really relaxed and engaging. He shared experiences and made the refresher course enjoyable.
