I really enjoyed the course. It was very informative. The trainer encouraged us to talk about our own experiences and was able to answer any questions we had.
The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and made the training relatable and easy to put into everyday practice.

Ben made it enjoyable and informative. Made me aware of psychological effects that can affect behaviour. I was nervous at first doing the physical part but my confidence grew with practice.
