A fantastic 'Positive Behaviour Support' refresher course. The skills and knowledge was refreshed using varied and interesting activities, which made it easy to listen to and take on the information. I appreciated that the activities were visual and involved group discussion, as this made them memorable. The course was delivered in a clear, concise and confident way with plenty of time given to discussion and feedback in groups, which helped me to consolidate my knowledge. I found the use of scenarios and role play particularly helpful in the practical part of the course. Thank you for another engaging and confidence building course.
