What a brilliant course. So many great opportunities to discuss scenarios, think about specific learners and explore the ethos of the school through training. It was lovely to have the time to think so carefully about the opportunities we have to support learners to redirect their energies into something so much more positive and to think how powerfully the staffing around the learners can change their own pathways. A fantastic 'Positive Behaviour Support' refresher course. The skills and knowledge was refreshed using varied and interesting activities, which made it easy to listen to and take on the information. I appreciated that the activities were visual and involved group discussion, as this made them memorable. The course was delivered in a clear, concise and confident way with plenty of time given to discussion and feedback in groups, which helped me to consolidate my knowledge. I found the use of scenarios and role play particularly helpful in the practical part of the course. Thank you for another engaging and confidence building course.
