Excellent refresher, although would have liked a brief piece of paperwork to go alongside key points, or at least maybe a list of references for the things we can look further into, those quoted on the slides or the stories of people etc

Kirstie facilitated a great refresher session. It was interactive and fun. It was great to hear some real life situations she has experienced. Would love to have her back for the next refresher session.

Really appreciated and enjoyed the refresher, having only utilised the skills very rarely since initially doing the training I wasn’t sure if I’d remember anything but I’d remembered so much more than I thought!

It was great to have a refresher course. The trainer was great and engaging. The course itself was well balanced in terms of how much theory and practice we had. Overall, I would say it was a great training.
