Sean was professional and well prepared for the course. I feel the benefit of his experiences gave me an insightful knowledge on how to present myself around the school.
Sean is a really engaging trainer, the group had some useful discussions about our students and the ways in which we can support them.
Training was a smaller group which helped people feel more comfortable and able to participate more. Trainer was very knowledgeable in the subject and shared knowledge from her experiences. She even tried a new approach to further people's understanding of the importance of listening to our young people and offering feedback through facial expressions. Very enjoyable and kept the timing of the course to the perfect length.
