A refresher course. An amazing refresher course that got the heart pumping and the body moving. As always Ben was great and made us all feel comfortable and confident in our practice. Started with a smile and left with a smile.
Ben is a superb trainer both last year and today on this refresher course. He helps us work as a team. Pushes us in a positive way to be better and instils confidence. His use of praise and constant feedback along with sense of humour keeps us enthused, engaged and positive. What makes Ben special is how we are always focussed on reducing PI - it is last resort! As it should be.
