I’ve done a full course of PBS and this is now My second PBS refresher. Was great to have a refresher again after not needing to use PBS techniques for over a year. Great to keep up to date

I thought that the course covered an excellent group of topics for a 1 day course. Both the trainers spent time with everyone to ensure understanding and compliance. Great job guys
