Ben provided a thorough refresher for PI for both the theory and the practical. There was some information regarding autism which I found really useful.
The trainer was the best trainer I've had since working in care. I've learnt lots and the trainer spoke about autism too, which I identified from previous young people we've had, very useful and very well presented.
