I liked that we were told the information rather than coming up with obvious answers in group work like I have had to do before. I liked that Kirsty had lots of experience and I got a few good tips from her like intentionally getting things wrong as a means of distraction.
Great refresher day with Kirstie. Acknowledgement of previous learning so pitched at right level. Good examples used, allowed time for questions and ensured learning has taken place. Thank you!
